HVC can offer a maintenance contract to give you peace of mind that your system is being maintained to ensure efficient operation and that its performance is reliable now and in the future. Although a maintenance contract is not a requirement we recommend to all of our customers that their systems are serviced at regular intervals to prolong the life of the equipment installed. Our maintenance contracts are tailored to your specific requirements and level of cover and can include the following benefits:
- Annual or bi-annual service visits to service and test your system
- A timed response in the event of a fault
- A reduced call out fee
- Out of hours support service
- Access to telephone technical support
Servicing and support
HVC’s service department employs a team of professional engineers available to you who will ensure your system is consistently reliable. Large amounts of stock are held on each of our vehicles to enable in most cases for repairs to be completed within one visit. This service is supported by our service manager and the office administration team, who will provide telephone support and if required will dispatch one of our engineers within a guaranteed response time.
